Growing up in the Midwest taught me great appreciation and respect for the land, community and family. I love the beautiful landscape, blue lakes and welcoming people of the Greater Grand Traverse area. I feel extremely fortunate to live in this picturesque state and have a rewarding career of helping families find their first home or dream home in an area I am passionate about. My personal and professional life have always been centered around integrity, honesty, loyalty, empathy and respect for all. Working for 17 years in the hospitality sales industry for MGM Corporation in the southwest gave me an amazing opportunity to develop excellent customer service standards and communication skills, enabling me to sincerely listen, understand, prioritize and communicate client needs. It taught me the only way to be successful is to exceed my client’s expectations with exceptional, prompt customer service that is customized to best serve you and your busy lifestyle. Continuing education, training and experience keep me competitive in the ever changing markets. I am a diversity champion, certified management trainer and mentor.
I enjoy photography, traveling, hiking, camping, boating, cooking and entertaining with family and friends.
